At night, after cleansing, apply the Reedle Shot 100 ampoule as the first step in your skincare routine, avoiding the eye and lip areas; once absorbed, continue with the PDRN Essence 100 and finish with the capsule cream. In the morning, apply the essence and cream, then finish with sunscreen. For the cream, take a small amount with the spatula, apply it to clean skin, and massage gently until the capsules dissolve and the formula is absorbed.
