Return Policy — NydraShop

🔄 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a justification.

✅ Conditions for returns

The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
It must include all original items (leaflets, samples, etc.).
Hygiene or personal care products that have been opened or used are not returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. This applies for health and hygiene reasons in accordance with Article 103(e) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

📩 How to request a return

Email us at info@nydrashop.com with the subject line "Return — order number".
Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back — we will provide you with instructions and the shipping address.
Send the product securely and keep your shipping receipt.

Do not send any products without prior confirmation. We are not responsible for packages received without authorization.

💶 Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or we have made an error with the order, in which case NydraShop will cover the full cost.

💰 Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

🛠️ Defective product or order error

If you have received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, write to us and attach a photo of the item and the packaging. In such cases, NydraShop will cover all costs and we will send a replacement or arrange a full refund.
