Shipping Policy — NydraShop

⏱️ How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders go through two phases:

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Shipping and delivery: 5 to 12 additional business days once the order leaves our supplier.

In total, you can expect your order within approximately 6 to 15 business days from the date of purchase.

These timeframes are estimates. External factors such as customs, public holidays, or occasional logistical issues may affect them. If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, please write to us and we will manage it.

❓ Why these timeframes?

NydraShop works with certified K-Beauty suppliers. Products are shipped directly from the supplier to your home, which allows us to offer you authentic products at competitive prices. This logistical process requires a bit more time than conventional local shipping, but it ensures the traceability and authenticity of each product.

💶 Shipping costs

• Orders over €29: Free shipping.
• Orders under €29: €4.95 shipping fee.

📦 Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

🇪🇸 Shipping to the Canary and Balearic Islands

Timeframes may be slightly longer (10 to 20 business days in total). Additional customs duties outside of NydraShop's control may apply in the Canary Islands.

🔄 Returns and exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations. See our Returns Policy for more information.
