All orders go through two phases:

  • Shipping and delivery: an additional 5 to 12 business days once the order leaves our supplier.

In total, you can expect your order in approximately 6 to 15 business days from the purchase date.

These timeframes are estimates. External factors such as customs, holidays, or occasional logistical issues may affect them. If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, write to us and we will handle it.

NaomeSkin works with certified Korean K-Beauty cosmetics suppliers. The products are shipped directly from the supplier to your home, which allows us to offer you authentic products at competitive prices. This logistics process takes a little longer than conventional local shipping, but guarantees the traceability and authenticity of each product.
